Ingredients:
1/4 cup corn flour
2 cups of cooking oil for deep frying

For softening chicken
1/2 kg chicken wings or chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp salt

Spices:

1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste

How to make chicken lollipop:

Wash chicken wings thoroughly and remove the skin. Bring the flesh part to one end similar to the one seen here. I am using store bought ones and hence skipping this step.

Add a dash of turmeric powder and give it a rinse once again.

Take curd in a mixing bowl.

Add turmeric powder.

Place chicken into the bowl and mix thoroughly with curd.

After about half hour of soaking in the curd, remove chicken pieces and place them onto a plate.

Add all the spice powders.

Give it a good mix.

Finally add corn flour.

Make sure corn flour coats the chicken pieces. If needed add more flour.

Heat oil in a wok.

Once it is hot enough, add chicken pieces and cook on medium heat.

Do not over crowd the wok with more pieces.

Flip over the chicken pieces and cook till brown on all the sides.

Tada! Crispy chicken lollipop is ready!

Serve it hot!
