Strawberry panacotta

Strawberries are available in the market since its winter season and just wanted to make use of it.
I made a strawberry milk shake with artificial syrup few weeks ago but now i just can make the real strawberry juice or shake. I prefer fresh fruits over artificial flavoring. Here I'm going to share the panacotta recipe made with strawberry fruit pieces.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp china grass
3 tbsps of water
200 ml full fat milk
50 ml heavy cream
2 tbsps of sugar
1/2 of chopped strawberries (frozen or just keep the chopped strawberries in freezer for about 15 minutes)

Steps:

Soak china grass strips or the powder in water for about 20 minutes.

Then gently warm the soaked so that it melts down completely.

Meanwhile, boil milk in a sauce pan.

Once it bubbles up, add sugar.

Add heavy cream and keep stirring on medium flame for 3 minutes.

Add melted china grass.

Switch off the flame and add frozen strawberry chunks (you can pop the fresh cut strawberries into the freezer for about 15 minutes)

Give it a quick stir.

Add into desired mold.

Let it cool completely and then refrigerate for about an hour before serving.

Relish the strawberry panacotta with some chocolate or strawberry syrup.
