I have some fond memories around hot chocolate drink. While i was working away from my home country, whenever i stepped into a coffee shop i was so reluctant to order any drinks from there. The reason is the coffee we get there is only black coffee unless and otherwise it is a frappuccino or a cappuccino or something of that sort, which is no way close to our filter coffee or the instant coffee we get here in chennai. One of my friend ordered hot chocolate for me and she said hot chocolate tastes close to bournvita and since then i order hot chocolate and really liked the flavor too. There were so many instant dry recipes for hot chocolate, however i always wanted to make it fresh and immediately be served. Here is one such recipe today for you. Recently i have got a big box of hershey's unsweetened  cocoa powder and in pursuit of putting it to good use, i made this chocolate recipe with milk powder and milk. It turned out perfect in taste just the same way like cadbury's Dairy Milk silk chocolate. Any cadbury lover ? My toddler loves cadbury's chocolates and that is also a major reason as why i made an attempt for this recipe.
