No Churn No egg Mango icecream

Ever wondered how to make icecream at home when you dont have ice cream churner or not even a electric hand blender. Well, i have made mango icecream without an ice cream machine and without eggs. Of course i did not even have an electric blender with me. I tried to make it with a regular mixie (Preethi mixie) and it turned out to be a perfect ice cream, with no preservatives unlike the store bought ones. Ingredients: 1 ripe mango 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 15-18 almonds Steps: 1. Wash and peel the mango skin. Cut the mango into small chunks. Add it to the mixie. Blend it smoothly. 2. Add condensed milk to the mixie. Blend it smooth for a minute. 3. Now, add heavy whipping cream. Blend it for 2-3 minutes until it becomes creamy.   4. Chia Oats Parfait

Parfait makes a perfect breakfast with absolutely no cooking. You just need a spoonful of oats and chia seeds soaked in milk overnight. Add some fruits of your choice and finally top it with mango ice cream. This is the season of mangoes hence using mango ice cream. Ingredients: 1 tsp chia seeds 2 tbsp oats 1 tsp apple pieces 1 tsp peach pieces 1 tsp kiwi pieces 2 scoops of mango icecream 3 tbsp milk 1 tsp honey Steps: 1. In an ice cream bowl or a jar, pour milk. Add chia seeds and keep it aside for an hour. Chia seeds get soaked well and form a jelly around it. 2.  Add oats to the chia seed bowl and refridegerate it overnight. If you need more milk you can add now. 3. Next morning, add chopped fruits to the chia-oats bowl. 4. Top the chia-oats bowl with two scoops of mango ice cream. Drizzle a spoonful of honey over the ice cream. That's it, the breakfast is ready!
