Crispy Corn

Corn is a healthy snack for all age groups and is liked by everyone. We usually eat boiled sweet corn as our evening snack. Today we tried crispy corn recipe for our snack and it turned out pretty nice. I'm here to share the step wise pictures and the recipe. Add 3 cups of water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil. Then add corn kernels. Boil for 6-7 minutes, so that corn cooks till soft. Hot Chocolate

I have some fond memories around hot chocolate drink. While i was working away from my home country, whenever i stepped into a coffee shop i was so reluctant to order any drinks from there. The reason is the coffee we get there is only black coffee unless and otherwise it is a frappuccino or a cappuccino or something of that sort, which is no way close to our filter coffee or the instant coffee we get here in chennai. One of my friend ordered hot chocolate for me and she said hot chocolate tastes close to bournvita and since then i order hot chocolate and really liked the flavor too. There were so many instant dry recipes for hot chocolate, however i always wanted to make it fresh and immediately be served. Here is one such recipe today for you.
