Avocado-spinach Pesto pasta

Pasta is an Italian delicacy and i love eating it every other day, though with different sauces. By sauces i mean alfredo, marinara, basil pesto, avocado pesto, spinach pesto and the list goes on. Once you start cooking pasta at home, the options are plenty to experiment. Come, let's look at how to make a healthy avocado-spinach pesto pasta. Ingredients: 1 cup of fussili pasta/shell pasta 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp olive oil salt to taste 1 ripe avocado 1 cup of spinach 3 garlic pods 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp black pepper powder handful of mixed nuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews or walnuts How to make the Avocado pesto pasta 1. Pasta soup for toddlers

I had a dental surgery yesterday and hence i have stayed away from my blog for the past two days. Also i could only eat yogurt, cheese, pasta and green tea till today. Here I'm going to share a recipe which is also kid friendly. Yes, it is similar to the maggi noodle soup, i have made pasta soup which was and is my saviour since the tooth extraction. I tried to have bread toast today morning and my gums started aching a lot. I though i could manage to have bread and other soft foods on the second day, alas! pasta is the only option i have got. It takes just 15 minutes for the overall process and tada, you are done with your pasta soup, which is quite easy to swallow with just one side of your mouth.
