Chicken tenders are a crispy snack for a perfect sunday evening. Chicken is rich in protein and can be a good source of protein for kids and toddlers. Chicken tenders are loved by kids and they would not fret to have it any time. It is quite easy to make while the process is bit lengthy but it's totally worth trying it atleast once in a month. Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour 2 tsp black pepper powder salt to taste 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 cup corn flour or corn starch 3/4 cup water 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 2 eggs 1/4 cup of milk oil for deep frying 3/4 cup plain corn flakes How to make chicken tenders: 1. In a mixing bowl, add in all purpose flour, corn flour, pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala. Whisk together. 2. Add water little by little and bring it to a thick batter. 3.
