Apple Cinnamon Tea

The usual tea we drink at home is tea leaves brewed in water and then mixed with milk and sugar as per one's taste. After having liven in abroad for few years, i got to know tea primary means just tea leaves brewed in hot or cold water. Not necessarily sugar and milk to be added, which is in fact the healthiest version tea. Today we shall see the recipe of one such tea. The color of this tea is so pleasing to our eyes and it's just a beautiful color! Don't you agree? This is a two ingredient recipe, which can be modified to add honey based on one's preference.   Ingredients 1 medium sized apple, peeled and cut into small chunks 1 inch cinnamon stick 250 ml water How to make apple cinnamon tea: 1. Heat water in a pan. 2. Add cinnamon stick 3. Add cut apple pieces. 4. Let it boil for 10 minutes. 5. As the apple and cinnamon flavors steeps into the water, it changes the color to pinkish red. Thai iced tea is a flavorful chilled black tea with condensed milk. Thai tea leaves are available in certain stores or even in amazon while you can also make this flavorful tea at your home with black tea leaves itself. Let's see how to make this tea. As far as i had this tea, i just loved it to the core and it totally aids in easy digestion. With just black tea leaves you can make the delightful tea with few spices like cardamom, cinnamon stick, star anise and vanilla essence. I skipped vanilla essence as i just preferred it that way. You can add a creamer or skip condensed milk and just have the chilled tea as you like it. Either ways it tastes damn good and refreshing.
