Egg Fried Rice

Egg fried rice is an easy to make recipe that goes well with any fried items like chilli chicken, pepper chicken, okra fry, potato fry, veg manchurian or even chips. You can also make egg fried rice with left over rice. Here is the list of ingredients: Ingredients: 4 cups of cooked white rice 2 tbsp oil ( crisco oil ) 1 tsp salt ( morton salt ) 1 bunch of spring onions, finely chopped 1 tsp pepper powder 4 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp soy sauce (optional) 2 green chillis, finely chopped Steps: 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped white part of the spring onions and finely chopped green chillies. Fry for 2 minutes on low to medium flame. 2. Add beaten eggs to the pan and let it cook for a minute. Then add salt and pepper. Saute well for 3 minutes. 3. Make sure the flame is on high now. Then add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Pepper Chicken is a simple dish that is made very quickly without any prior marination and all. Let's see the ingredients at a glance: Ingredients: 1 pound chicken 1 medium sized onion 1 bay leaf 1 tsp snauf 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp pepper powder Steps: 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add snauf seeds and bay leaf. In a minute, add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes. 2. Add chopped onions and saute until it turns light brown. 3. Now add the chicken pieces to it. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well. 4. Add a little water to the pan and close it with a lid. Let it cook for 15-18 minutes on low to medium flame. 5.
