Crab Curry

Sea foods are one of my favorite and they get cooked quickly too. Today's recipe is all about crabs. Crab is one of my favorite sea foods and i love to eat crab gravy for white rice.    An amateur cook can also easily make this crab recipe. Do try this out and share your valuable feedback. Ingredients: 250 gms of crab 2 green chillies 1/2 cup grated coconut 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped 1 medium sized tomato, finely chopped 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 sprig of curry leaves 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp cooking oil salt to taste 1 cup water 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste or roughly pounded fresh ginger garlic. How to make crab gravy: Clean the crabs by removing the outer shell. Wash them thoroughly and separate the larger legs from each crab. In a mixer jar, blend together coconut and green chillies together with little bit of water to a smooth paste. Heat a wok, add oil. Add fennel seeds and a sprig of curry leaves.
