Beans Paruppu Usili

 Beans paruppu usili is a very common dish in TamBrahm families. I got to know about this dish from my college friend who is a kannadiga Brahmin. We infact made her mom write all of her drool worthy and got each of us a copy.  This dish goes well with sambar rice and curd rice. It needs a little preparation ahead of time though for soaking channa dhal. Fusilli in Marinara Sauce

Italian dishes are one of my favorite next to Indian cuisine. With that being said, i cook pasta once in a week for breakfast or dinner. I happily indulge myself in this food variety while my other family members are like what are you even eating while we have our Idly or dosa or chapati .
