Ever wondered how to make icecream at home when you dont have ice cream churner or not even a electric hand blender. Well, i have made mango icecream without an ice cream machine and without eggs. Of course i did not even have an electric blender with me. I tried to make it with a regular mixie (Preethi mixie) and it turned out to be a perfect ice cream, with no preservatives unlike the store bought ones. Ingredients: 1 ripe mango 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 15-18 almonds Steps: 1. Wash and peel the mango skin. Cut the mango into small chunks. Add it to the mixie. Blend it smoothly. 2. Add condensed milk to the mixie. Blend it smooth for a minute. 3. Now, add heavy whipping cream. Blend it for 2-3 minutes until it becomes creamy. 4.
