Chicken Kabob - Indian style

Chicken is like an ever favourite for all of us in my family. Be it chicken stir fry, pepper chicken, baked chicken, chicken kuzhambu (curry) or grilled chicken, it tends to get finished off soon as compared to other meat varieties despite the fact I only cook chicken, lamb, fish and shrimp. Chicken is my personal favourite too. Chicken kabob is grilled chicken threaded in a wooden skewer in which the chicken is marinated for at least an hour and up to overnight in the refrigerator. The recipe I'm gonna share can be made in 1 to 1.5 hours though you have an option to marinate the chicken for more hours! For tonight's dinner, we had sambar, white rice, taro root pan roast, chicken kabobs and curd, yeah the list is like a never ending one but my tummy was so very full and i could not even move for a while.
