Homemade Chocolate

Recently i have got a big box of hershey's unsweetened  cocoa powder and in pursuit of putting it to good use, i made this chocolate recipe with milk powder and milk. It turned out perfect in taste just the same way like cadbury's Dairy Milk silk chocolate. Any cadbury lover ? My toddler loves cadbury's chocolates and that is also a major reason as why i made an attempt for this recipe. Chocolate Peda

Kids love chocolate and when you mix milk contents with chocolate it is one of those best combinations that kids would crave for, anytime. Chocolate peda is an indian sweet made out of homemade khoya or mawa mixed with cocoa powder to get that chocolaty flavour. Ofcourse, some sugar goes into the recipe to give little bit more of sweetness though you use sweetened cocoa powder. Because, the sweetness would not suffice from the cocoa powder itself. You can optionally top the chocolate pedas with any nuts like pistachios, cashews, almonds or walnuts. I used chopped pistachios for decorating the chocolate pedas as the green color of pistachios contrasts the brown color of the chocolate pedas.
