Here I'm going to share an even more simpler recipe similar to veg puff - it is egg puff which is one of those favourite tea time snack in my home. Ingredients: 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 large tomato, finely chopped 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves (optional) salt to taste 4 eggs 1 tbsp oil 1 sheet of pastry puff 1 tbsp of all purpose flour/maida Steps: 1. Thaw the pastry puff for at-least 40 minutes in room temperature. 2. Take a vessel and add eggs to it. Fill water so that the eggs are fully immersed in the water.
