Yummy yet simple recipes are made using mushrooms since its cooking time is very less. Mushroom tikka is one such recipe where the mushrooms along with few veggies are marinated with Indian spices and curd. Ingredients: 6-7 button mushrooms 1 large onion 1 large tomato 1 large capsicum 3 tbsp cooking oil For marination: 1/2 cup curd salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp crushed kasoori methi/dried fenu greek leaves a pinch of turmeric powder 1/2 cup gram flour 1 tsp garam masala powder How to make mushroom tikka: 1.
