I went on and on and had 3 glasses of this green juice, the very first time i tried it at my home. That too on a rainy day. Berry smoothie

Smoothies are well packed with energy fruits like berries and milk. It's definitely a mid morning drink or even can be your morning breakfast complement to energize you for the rest of your day. Today, we shall see the mixed berry smoothie using cold milk - you can use yogurt too instead of milk to get that thick texture. Ingredients: 1 cup of mixed berries -strawberries, blueberries, blackberries 2 tsps of cane sugar or honey 1.5 cups of full fat milk Whipped cream - optional Few Ice cubes - optional How to make berry smoothie: 1. Wash the berries thoroughly with water and add it to a blender or food processor. 2. Add a little bit of milk and sugar. Tip: I’m using cold milk and so not addding ice cubes. Blueberry Milkshake

Berries are good for metabolism and hence it's a friendly fruit for weight-watchers. It boosts your energy level too. Here is a simple recipe of  blueberry shake - you can add sugar or honey as per your choice. Ingredients: 3/4 cup  of fresh blueberries 3 tsp sugar or as required, honey can be substituted 1.5 cup of cold milk whip cream (optional) Few ice cubes (optional) How to prepare blueberry milkshake: 1. Almond meal

When you have kids at home, it is quite challenging to provide them a balanced diet for them. Sometimes the food they like the most might turn as an aversion for them just in few weeks of time. Thinking of how to add proteins to a kids drink or corn flakes i just decided to prepare homemade almond meal. Almond meal is rich in proteins and helps in easy digestion too. This is not only good for kids but also for adults as well. You can add a spoonful of almond meal to breakfast bowl or cup of hot milk or hot water and sip it in the morning. Vanilla/Soy chia pudding is one of those healthiest drinks one can have either as a breakfast supplement or anytime during the day. It's full of nutrients and helpful for brain development and also to keep our tummy fit by helping us to digest easily and reducing our body weight.
