One Pot Country Chicken curry

Chicken is rich in protein and can also easily be introduced to babies as it is a tender meat. In today's blogging episode, we are gonna see how to make one pot curry using country chicken. You can use the broiler chicken too for this recipe, but the thing you should do is reduce the time needed to cook the chicken. You can cook only for 3 whistles if using broiler chicken.  Beans paruppu usili is a very common dish in TamBrahm families. I got to know about this dish from my college friend who is a kannadiga Brahmin. We infact made her mom write all of her drool worthy and got each of us a copy.  This dish goes well with sambar rice and curd rice. It needs a little preparation ahead of time though for soaking channa dhal.
