Pineapple is my most favorite fruit and one of the many reasons why i like this fruit is there could be a variety of recipes you can make using this fruit both sweet and savory recipes. To name a few pineapple kesari, pineapple kulfi, pineapple rasam, pineapple pachadi, pineapple fried rice, pineapple upside down cake and the list goes on. In today's recipe, i'm going to share the steps of making pineapple rasam. The taste is just so divine! yes it is! not only while relishing but also after drinking this soup/rasam the flavour sticks to your tongue and it just amazes me. Chilli mushroom is an amazing mouth watering recipe with minimal ingredients and it definitely calls for less expertise in cooking. Yes! anyone can make it. I tried it for the first time today and totally loving it. I had it for tempered curd rice and yum was the word to describe the combo. I gobbled up the curd rice with this chilli mushroom just in few minutes. In today's recipe, i will detail you through the steps of making Tangri kabab in tawa rather than using an oven. I have used hung curd and few indian spice powders then marinated it for about 2 hours before cooking on tawa. You should definitely try this recipe at your home and have it as a starter. Mushrooms are my favorite plant-based food when i look for a chicken substitute just because of the fleshy part of it. Yummy yet simple recipes are made using mushrooms since its cooking time is very less. Mushroom tikka is one such recipe where the mushrooms along with few veggies are marinated with Indian spices and curd.
