Cheesy bread omlette

Eggs are a good source of animal protein and is so apt for breakfast. Today we shall see the recipe for an easy cheesy egg omlette with white bread. The cheese just melts down as you eat it few minutes after cooking. Do try this recipe and share your comments.   Ingredients: 2 bread slices 2 eggs 1 slice of cheese, i used amul cheese a pinch of salt 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp butter Steps: 1. Heat a tawa and toast the bread slices for about a minute on each side with medium flame. 2. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and keep it ready. 3. In the same tawa, add a tsp of butter. Moringa leaves are rich in vitamins and iron and if taken regularly it provides us various health benefits such as healthy bones, helps in increasing WBC, to fight anemia etc., There are a wide variety of recipes/ways to consume moringa leaves. In today's recipe, i'm sharing my own go to breakfast recipe as it does not require any preparation time as such. I can prepare this while the tawa gets heated up as i have home grown moringa tree and is totally oraganic. Love the way it just branches out with a lot of flowers and drumsticks. Paneer Kati Roll

Paneer kati roll recipe quite a lot of time and patience as it involved multiple preparation like paneer marination, dough preparation, spicy dip and the fresh salad preparation for the stuffing. But the taste of the dish is so damn good and you would end up making it atleast twice a week. Non-vegetarians can have a dash of egg when toasting the roll and it gets packed with more protein too!
