Hair Conditioning Oil

In the recent years, I have started preparing hair oil using few raw ingredients that are easily available in our garden. While the ingredients list has endless option like aloe Vera, hibiscus leaves, hibiscus flowers, curry leaves, gooseberry, fenu greek seeds, rose petals, in today's recipe i'm going to use only 3 ingredients. Hibiscus flowers and rose petals play a vital role in conditioning the hair while curry leaves promote hair growth. In this recipe, you can include the stem part of both roses and hibiscus flowers. Ingredients: 1 cup of curry leaves 1 cup of rose petals 1 cup of hibiscus flowers 1/2 liter organic coconut oil 2 tbsp water or as required How to make hair conditioning oil: 1. In a blender or mixer jar, add curry leaves and rose petals. Blend them well. 2. Add tad bit of water to grind it to a rough paste. 3. Transfer the paste to a heavy bottomed pan. 4. Start adding oil to the pan. 5. Let it boil on...

Easy Chocolate Ice cream

No churn chocolate ice cream is so simple similar to mango ice cream and strawberry ice cream. We add additional ingredients such as cocoa powder for the chocolate flavour, brown sugar to add more flavour to the chocolate and white sugar for the sweetness. Unlike other ice creams where we use condensed milk, here we do not use this ingredient. Hence it calls to add white sugar. By using a regular food processor or a blender, we can make this chocolate ice cream. Let's see the steps and ingredients required. Ingredients: 3 tbsp cocoa powder, I used Hershey's brand 1.5 tsp brown sugar 1.5 tsp white sugar 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup whole milk or full-fat milk Steps: 1. In a mixing bowl, add cocoa powder, brown sugar and white sugar. 2. Add milk; Mix it well and keep it aside. 3. You can use a whisk to blend the ingredients to a smooth mixture or use a fork. 4. The chocolate, sugar and milk becomes a frothy mixture with small bubbles around the...
