Broccoli Potato curry

Oftentimes, it's very boring and we run out of ideas while thinking about "what to cook". I'm sure you would come across this tough task of deciding what should we prepare for our morning breakfast, lunch box and dinner. That's the thought running in our minds ever since we get up from our bed in the morning. Ufff! There are few days, in which i had spent almost 2 hours in just deciding what to cook. Once i decide the dishes for the day, then preparing the dishes become an easy task. Broccoli potato curry is one recipe which comes handy and is easy to make when i run out of ideas. Chicken Teriyaki

Teriyaki is a kind of sauce most popular in Japan. Chicken cooked in teriyaki sauce on a wide hot pan is known as chicken teriyaki. I had tasted it in Sarku Japan, New Jersey. They offer a sample of chicken teriyaki pieces whenever you cross that eatery and you will like it at the very first attempt. It's a sweet sauce though, you might not fall in love with it if you prefer spicy food. Ingredients: 1 garlic clove nicely minced 1 tsp grated ginger 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp gingelly oil 1 pound of chicken pieces Steps: 1. In a heavy bottomed pan, add oil. Once it's warmed up add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute. 2. Then add chicken pieces and saute it well for  8-9 minutes. Now the chicken is half cooked. 3. Add soy sauce and brown sugar.
