Mutton/Lamb roast is a delicious side dish in which the mutton pieces are cooked in high pressure with black pepper corns. Then the cooked mutton is dry roasted in a drizzle of ghee along with few spices like ginger, garlic, green chilli, paprika and garam masala. To have a little bit of mushy feel, i added few onions pieces to the dish. It turns out to be a quick recipe to prepare for lunch menu, except for the time consumed in pressure cooking the mutton/lamb. Other than that part, the time taken to prepare the spicy mutton roast is hardly 15 minutes from start to end. You must give it a try if you are a spicy food lover and enjoy eating meat varieties.
