I'm a great fan of Thai food, Malaysian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese in that order and given a chance i would try to cook the favorite food from each of these cuisines. Chicken Teriyaki is one of those recipes i tried at my home quite often as soon as i moved out of New York city. Avocado-spinach Pesto pasta

Pasta is an Italian delicacy and i love eating it every other day, though with different sauces. By sauces i mean alfredo, marinara, basil pesto, avocado pesto, spinach pesto and the list goes on. Once you start cooking pasta at home, the options are plenty to experiment. Come, let's look at how to make a healthy avocado-spinach pesto pasta. Ingredients: 1 cup of fussili pasta/shell pasta 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp olive oil salt to taste 1 ripe avocado 1 cup of spinach 3 garlic pods 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp black pepper powder handful of mixed nuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews or walnuts How to make the Avocado pesto pasta 1. In a sauce pan, add 3 cups of water and bring it to boil. Then add the desired pasta along with a sprinkle of salt and tad olive oil.  2.
