Homestyle chicken gravy is so special to me as it takes less time to cook with basic ingredients available in our kitchen pantry. First the chicken pieces are well cleaned and marinated with turmeric powder and let it rest for about 18-20 minutes. Then add it to a onion, tomato, fennel seeds, ginger-garlic flavored masala and saute till oil oozes out. Now, add the chilli powder and salt.
