Restaurant style Veg Kurma

Have you ever wondered how the veg kurma from Hotel Saravana Bhavan is just so awesome and why not our home cooked one? Well, no worries - today I'm gonna share the restaurant style veg kurma which your heart yearns for when you have chapati or barotta at home. You can have the kurma with wide variety of food like naan, roti, pulkas, poori, chapati.  It is so simple as we are going to make it using a pressure cooker, it saves time and easier than cooking in a pan. Barotta - street food style

Barotta kurma is one of those most sought out street foods. It's easily available anywhere on the street food stalls near by market place, shopping area and the like. You know why it is so popular, ofcourse the taste! Some might add eggs to these barotta dough, but we are going to see the recipe without eggs. Let's  quickly get into the details :) Yet some  more scenes from my morning breakfast! Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour salt to taste 4-5 tbsp olive oil or any cooking oil 1 cup of water How to make street food style barotta: 1. In a large mixing bowl, add flour, salt. You can re-invent it everyday at your kitchen while you cook with utmost love for your family members. I'm sure such recipes turn out as a blockbuster at our dining table.
