Gulab Jamoon is the most sought after dessert during festival season. Today, i'm sharing with you all the recipe for soft gulab jamoon using store brought instant mix.You can alternatively prepare the gulab jamoon mix right from scratch as described in this blog itself. Chicken gravy

Homestyle chicken gravy is so special to me as it takes less time to cook with basic ingredients available in our kitchen pantry. First the chicken pieces are well cleaned and marinated with turmeric powder and let it rest for about 18-20 minutes. Then add it to a onion, tomato, fennel seeds, ginger-garlic flavored masala and saute till oil oozes out. Now, add the chilli powder and salt. Fish fry is a recipe that uses minimal oil for shallow frying the marinated fish pieces.
