Vegetable Pulao

Vegetable pulao is a cooked with less spices as compared to vegetable biriyani with the choice of any vegetables like peas, cauliflower, french beans, carrots etc. There is absolutely no spice powders like chilli powder, coriander  or turmeric powder in this recipe and is also very kid friendly. This can be a lunch box recipe too if you are looking for a mild spice meal. Pepper chicken gravy is a delicious recipe that calls for simple ingredients from our kitchen and could be made easily by anyone following the steps. It's quite tasty and goes well with rice, roti and dosa. You need not marinate the chicken before cooking hence the cooking process takes about 25 minutes. Lets take a look at the steps to prepare this gravy. I have already shared the recipe for pepper chicken , however it is a dry one. In today's recipe, i will detail you through the steps of making Tangri kabab in tawa rather than using an oven. I have used hung curd and few indian spice powders then marinated it for about 2 hours before cooking on tawa. You should definitely try this recipe at your home and have it as a starter.
