Malai Kofta

Koftas are in my long pending post list and finally got the time to make malai koftas today for my breakfast as a side dish for the rotis. I used freshly made paneer using full fat cream milk and the koftas tasted amazing. This dish is indeed a kid/toddler friendly recipe as it has the subtle taste of the spice powders along with potatoes, bread crumbs and paneer (cottage cheese). Mango Kheer

Homemade desserts are something special to me as they are so fresh in taste unlike the store bought ones. Here is one such recipe for you today with mango, organic fruit from our gardern. While i exactly dont know the variety of this particular mango but it does taste amazing when it's ripe. Here is a closer look at these beauties. Mango Salsa

Mangoes are one of those seasonal fruits yet favorite to all and most liked by kids. It's loaded with vitamins and has many other nutritional values. Mango salsa is the recipe for today, and it can be had as a snack along with a papad or cracker. I gave it a try with cracker and it was so yum! Do try this recipe and share your valuable feedback. you can also use chilled mangoes to spice up the taste even more. You can modify the version, a little bit by adding finely chopped capsicum or few chunks of pineapple too. Sweet boli is a healthy snack or breakfast recipe in our home and today i really enjoyed the process of making boli using sugar and bengal gram.
