Koftas are in my long pending post list and finally got the time to make malai koftas today for my breakfast as a side dish for the rotis. I used freshly made paneer using full fat cream milk and the koftas tasted amazing. This dish is indeed a kid/toddler friendly recipe as it has the subtle taste of the spice powders along with potatoes, bread crumbs and paneer (cottage cheese).
